Setting up email forwarding
Forwarding emails is simple and can be done while logged into the webmail interface. To forward emails to another email address, please follow the steps below.
1. Login to the email account that you want to forward emails from.
2. Click on the Settings icon (cog wheel) in the top navigation bar (boxed in red, in image below).
3. Once you clicked on Settings, you will find the Forwarding area to the right-hand side of the screen (boxed in red, in image below).
4. Enter the email address you would like the emails forwarded to on the Forwarding Address line. You'll notice once you start typing, a new Forwarding Address line appears. This allows you to forward emails to multiple email addresses. Only one email address is required to activate email forwarding.
5. Make your selection if you would like the emails deleted when forwarded or not. If you do not choose to Delete messages when forwarded, email messages will remain in the inbox as new.
6. Click Save.
