How to Search for an Appointment

How to Search for an Appointment

To search for an appointment, you will click on the Appointment Search button (magnifying icon) in the left-hand navigation menu (see image below).

In the search box, you can search for appointments by name, company name, phone number, email and notes content. This is NOT case sensitive. So, for example, say you put "VIN #12346789" in the notes area of an appointment. You can enter "VIN #12346789" or "12346789" in the search box and click search.
