Follow these steps to create an email signature:

  1. Click theSettings(gears) icon.
  2. ClickSignaturesin the navigation pane on the left.
  3. Click the+ New Signaturein the content pane toolbar.
  4. In theNamefield, type the name of the signature.
  5. Type the content of the signature in the text box.
  6. ClickSave.
  7. The new signature will appear in the Signatures pane. You can edit or delete it by clicking on it.

If you're logged in as an administrator, you can create a domain-wide email signature for all users to use:

  1. Click theDomain Settings (gears with globe) icon.
  2. ClickSignaturesin the navigation pane on the left.
  3. Click the+ New Signaturein the content pane toolbar.
  4. In theNamefield, type the name of the signature.
  5. Type the content of the signature in the text box.
  6. ClickSave.
  7. The new signature will appear in the Signatures pane. You can edit or delete it by clicking on it.
