How to Blacklist a Phone Number
If you are receiving incoming SMS/Text messages from a number that you do not wish to receive messages from, you can simply add them to the phone number blacklist. To add a number, follow these steps.
1. On the left-hand navigation menu, click on Security (shield icon at the bottom of the menu).
2. Once on the Security page, scroll down to the second box that is labeled "Blacklisted Phone Number's".
3. Enter the number you wish to blacklist (in the highlighted area) and click Save. Make sure to enter the phone number in the format shown. For example, if I want to blacklist 231-456-6789, I would enter 12314566789 in the box.
